A community social performance practitioner with 12 years’ experience working remotely in Jabiru, Northern Territory for Rio Tinto Energy Resources Australia (ERA) uranium mine complemented by administrative experience and expertise in the education and local government sectors. Advanced stakeholder management exposure with culturally and politically diverse groups including local, Northern Territory and Commonwealth government departments, Indigenous and non-Indigenous local businesses and organisations and residents of the Jabiru and neighbouring Indigenous communities. Highly organised with proven ability in successfully organising programs and activities of various sizes and complexity with diverse stakeholders. Progressive capacity building experience in working with community stakeholders to prepare and skill the community for a future without the support of the mining community. Proven ability in working with multiple cultures and stakeholders with competing priorities and varying complex political agendas within World Heritage Kakadu National Park.
