An experienced, dedicated, and confident leader with more than 30 years of construction experience. Journeyman carpenter with extensive experience as Project Superintendent in mixed-use multi-family, high-rise, mid-rise, TI and tilt-up commercial construction with 21 years of project management and supervision of large-scale projects. Results-driven professional able to thrive in an environment of teamwork and high expectations. My expertise is demonstrated in overseeing building projects such as the prominent Skyglass Apartments in Seattle, Bellevue Apartments, The Heritage TI - Washington Building in Tacoma, Ballard 57, and my most recent completed project TWG - Grata at Totem Lake. My core competencies lie in supervising significant construction endeavors from inception to completion, ensuring they meet the pinnacle of quality and efficiency. Proven accountability for successful delivery of all phases of the project from pre-construction, through occupancy and closeout supports my mission of producing structures that enhance our cityscapes and communities. My approach integrates innovative techniques, leveraging tools like BIM, Bluebeam, MS Office Suite, Procore and other project management software to align with the company's culture of delivering superior results through collaborative efforts and diverse perspectives. Advanced knowledge of (PT) Post Tension and structural steel technology, podium, type wood frame, various construction disciplines, building processes, and best practices. Strong blueprint, shop drawings, and all construction document interpretation. I am dedicated to bringing value to our team, driven by a deep understanding of architectural design and engineering principles. My role involves managing field operations, MEPF coordination and all Subcontractor management, logistics, inspections and consultations, QA/QC, and ensuring strict adherence to schedules, safety, scope, specifications, and costs.
