I currently serve as the Warden at Moshannon Valley ICE Processing Center. Served 4 years in the United States Marine Corps. In November 1989, I began my career with the Federal Bureau of Prisons as a Correctional Officer at the United States Penitentiary, Lewisburg, Pennsylvania. Prior to assuming duties as the Warden at Moshannon Valley Correctional Facility, I held the position as Complex Warden at FCC Allenwood, Warden at FCI Hazelton and Associate Warden at USP Canaan. Worked in the position of Assistant Correctional Services Administrator, Central Office from (2008-2011). I served as the Chief Correctional Supervisor at USP Hazelton (2006-2008), Chief Correctional Supervisor at FCC Allenwood (2005- 2006). Dedicated and highly qualified Management Professional/Executive with 37+ years of experience in corrections and law enforcement. An expert at supervising the operations of correctional facilities, analyzing and reviewing institution programs, developing methods to improve performance, training, and ensuring compliance with policy requirements. Activated a 30 bed Secure Mental Health Unit at the high security federal penitentiary.
