As an ambitious, big-four trained ACA audit practice professional, I have substantial experience across a wide range of accounting and business competencies, including M&A, business transformation, commercial analysis, staff leadership and cross-functional partnering. My core strengths lie in technical accounting, with comprehensive expertise across international, UK and Hong Kong accounting standards and local regulations. My early professional experience and training at KPMG in the UK gave me a solid technical grounding in external audit before serial promotion at PwC in Hong Kong, culminating in a lead manager role directing multiple teams of up to 40 domestically and internationally, and spearheading audit projects at some of Hong Kong’s biggest or highest profile corporations. Along the way, I developed a longstanding passion for solving complex challenges, and relish opportunities to work in rapidly evolving client environments, capitalising on sound commercial awareness to add value through guidance in non-routine areas. As part of the high performing environment at PwC, I cultivate relationships with key players at major clients, finding opportunities to drive down costs, streamline processes and ensure robust compliance with accounting stipulations.
