During my extensive experience in the hospitality industry, I have learnt the importance of identifying, pre-empting, and responding to customer needs - a skill that translates across all industries and into the digital realm. I have channelled these insights when creating assets and managing marketing campaigns, both professionally and in my spare time. I am fluent in 3 languages and pride myself on my ability to communicate efficiently, with customers and colleagues alike. In my most recent position, managing international freight and logistics, I have proven my flexible range of skills in a new context.
