About Leonardo Diaz

I am the founder of Lienzo, the PropTech that is redefining how properties are activated in LATAM. We are becoming the Stripe of real estate activation: a platform that transforms empty spaces into fully furnished, ready-to-operate properties in just 30 days. Our mission is to eliminate the friction and downtime that slow down a property’s monetization. We achieve this by combining AI, strategic design, market data, and efficient execution within a system that enables full control of the process—from the initial proposal to final installation. To date, we have activated more than 20 properties for both short- and long-term rentals, and we are in the advanced stages of developing Lienzo OS, our operating platform that will centralize the entire workflow—from interior proposals to final delivery. In parallel, we have begun collaborations with brokers, developers, and financing platforms that share our vision of accelerating real estate activation across the region. Before Lienzo, I founded and operated companies such as Zentli, a premium gastronomy curation brand for the hospitality and fine dining sectors, with clients including Four Seasons CDMX and Michelin-starred restaurants (Quintonil, Dulce Patria, among others); and TÓTEC, an artisanal design studio operating in Mexico and the U.S. These experiences have allowed me to create solutions from scratch, lead multidisciplinary teams, and scale operations profitably. I believe in a future where activating a property is as simple and fast as processing an online payment—frictionless, certain, and scalable. We are building that reality.
