About Leonardo Escobar

I have an extense experience in leadership positions from schools, universities and private companies that appropriately match your requirements. I have lead teams over 35 people including academic and administrative staff. I am an active learner with a passion towards education and helping people reach their goals by organizing coherently a suitable plan to reach them. I have always believed that teamwork is the key for a company’s success in order to go further. In addition, I have developed and supervised standardized tests, designed and applied an appropriate methodology for language teaching and learning involving adopting, adapting and creating new material. Likewise, along with my teachers’ staff, a series of online activities were created to face students to interactive material using different sites. With some other group of students, I also guided the process of virtual learning using an LMS (Moodle, Tell Me More, etc) in which synchronic and asynchronic strategies were implemented. I have been an active participant and manager of different English Language Learning digital material projects involving resources such as video recording, interactive activities, H5p, Genially, Google Slides, Learning Apps and more.
