About Leonardo Marques

Bachelor’s, Master’s, and PhD in Computer Science from the Federal University of Amazonas (UFAM), with research exchanges at the University of São Paulo (USP) and the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro (UFRJ). Specialized in Software Engineering, Experimental Software Engineering, User Experience (UX), and Human-Computer Interaction (HCI). During my Master’s and PhD, I conducted several controlled experimental studies and produced 20 scientific publications in leading Brazilian conferences and high-impact international journals, an achievement that stands out in the doctoral context. Reviewer for major Brazilian symposia in Requirements Engineering, HCI, Software Engineering, and Information Systems, and for top-tier international journals such as CHBR, IST, and CS & I. CPRE® Certified Senior Requirements Analyst with strong expertise in requirements engineering, usability, and Design Thinking. Currently serving as Product Owner in an innovation project integrating hardware, firmware, and software, and as Product Manager for AI-based solutions with a focus on intelligent agents.
