About Leonardo Pavan

Bachelor in Business Administration by Insper and currently pursuing a postgraduate degree in Innovation and Disruptive Strategy from Saint Paul. My career is multidisciplinary and includes experience in startups, consulting, and companies from different industries. I founded - and failed - the first Brazilian art marketplace, as well as being one of the co-founders of one of the country's first leadership and liberalism university organizations. Currently, I am the Head of Strategy and Marketing, leading the Innovation, Marketing, Strategy and New Business teams. My passion for technology and innovation, coupled with the ability to learn quickly and apply specific concepts to different areas, allows me to build strategic marketing campaigns that align business with long-term goals, through branding, lead generation, strategic planning, market analysis, and development of new businesses through financial modeling. In my career, I have had the opportunity to achieve some significant accomplishments. I was able to save over R$1.5 million annually in expenses through process optimization, leading a multidisciplinary team and motivating them. Additionally, through prototyping and design thinking of products for processes and projects, I was able to automate and digitally transform several administrative areas, aiming at increasing efficiency. My goal is to continue to change the way people consume products and services through innovation, leading my teams in a transformative way, and contributing to the success of companies in different industries
