Diverse Technical Expertise I have extensive experience in technical support and repair of a wide range of equipment, including PCs, laptops, video terminals, monitors, printers, UPS systems, motherboards, automation devices, household electronics, power supplies, and general equipment. In-Depth IT Knowledge My technical background spans across various operating systems such as Windows, Linux, and Microsoft Office Suite, as well as networking technologies like Microsoft Networks, IP and SAN Networks. I am also highly skilled in datacenter technologies, including NetApp Storages, Cisco UCS, Lenovo/IBM Servers and Storage, DELL Servers and Storages, VMware, Hyper-V, PowerShell, Power CLI, and Backup Systems (Veeam, CommVault), AZURE AVD, Citrix VAD. Currently, I am working on datacenter technologies with Realdolmen BE, focusing on supporting virtualized environments, Veeam Backup & Replication, CommVault, TrendMicro antivirus, and Windows Server management. Key Projects and Contributions: Realdolmen BE Currently, I am responsible for managing VMware virtualized environments and Veeam Backup & Replication solutions, ensuring data protection and business continuity. My role includes optimizing infrastructure performance, maintaining high availability, and applying ITIL 4.0 principles to improve IT processes. Rio de Janeiro State Datacenter - PRODERJ As a lead, I was responsible for the implementation and administration of the virtualized environment in VMware, overseeing the provisioning and management of numerous servers within this critical datacenter. The infrastructure included 100+ SUN/Oracle BLADE physical hosts and 500+ virtual servers (VMs), supported by a SAN Storage system handling over 564GB of data. 2013 Confederations Cup WiFi Network Led the implementation of WiFi networks in the stadiums for the 2013 Confederations Cup, ensuring reliable and secure connectivity across the participating venues. REFLORA Project - Rio de Janeiro Botanical Garden Spearheaded the implementation of the JBRJ Datacenter using Cisco UCS, VMware, and NetApp Storage technologies, enhancing the infrastructure to support the REFLORA project’s needs.
