As the Modernization & Technology Adoption Team Leader at SAS Italy, I lead strategic initiatives to support the adoption of modern platforms like SAS Viya — helping both customers and internal teams succeed. I'm a situational leader with strong technical foundations and a deep passion for both technology and business. With a background in Computer Engineering and a specialization in Artificial Intelligence, I further strengthened my leadership and strategic thinking through an International MBA at the Graduate School of Management of Politecnico di Milano, including exchange programs in Silicon Valley and Barcelona. Since joining SAS in 2011, I’ve been driven by continuous improvement and innovation. I began as a BI Solutions Specialist, gaining hands-on technical experience, and gradually took on greater responsibilities. I served as Regional Product Spearhead for Business Intelligence, connecting local market needs with global product strategy. I later led a cross-functional team to accelerate the local adoption of SAS Viya, and today I manage a dynamic presales team focused on strategic modernization initiatives. Over the years, I’ve developed strong expertise in Data Visualization, Cloud Analytics, and Machine Learning — always focused on turning complex technologies into practical, impactful business solutions.
