About Leonardos Leonardos

I am an Ecologist with a solid theoretical background in many areas of biology and ecology, as well as, practical experience not only from my studies, but also from various job positions. I follow an analytical, investigative, and multifaceted approach to carry out projects, and achieve my goals. I see interdisciplinary and international cooperation as the best way of dealing with today’s environmental issues, among them being but not limited to, biodiversity loss, conservation, and the complexity of human-nature interactions. I am looking for new challenges, and opportunities to expand my knowledge and further develop myself. My aim is to work on the front line, in areas such as forest, fire, ecosystem- and evolutionary- ecology, habitat restoration, biodiversity and conservation. My vision is to incorporate my other passions in my professional life, them being geography, journalism and politics, in ways that are still to be explored.
