About Leonides Rivera

More than 15 years experience in retail and human resources team leadership. Adept at driving business results through team development, work processes and efficiency and strong financial analysis. This includes employee training and development, financial analysis, team leadership and strategic learning. “I ran a business that employed 15+ people and I was accountable for everything that we did. I know what it’s like to have people rely on me for a paycheck.” “I developed and implemented a business plan to successfully managed both school and my business.” “My marketing strategy has generated leads and made it easier to sell services to my customers.” “Through all of this I've discovered who I really am, in my strengths and weaknesses, put myself through challenges, gained self-confidence, and learned to expect more from myself.” I plan to: • Learn how to run a business • Learn and use managerial and business skills that will serve me in the long in any future career • Gain a proven track record and real world business experience • Be financially rewarded for my hard work • Have fun and build a lifelong network of like-minded people Special thanks to Karin Tripp, Stuart Markowitz, Fernando and Anna Illescas, and Robbyn Tagney
