About Leonora Radvan

I have 15 years work experience at shared service centres in financial fields. I believe in self-motivation, in my people management style one of the main goals is always to create the best circumstances for my team members to reach and keep it. I am also self-motivated; during my professional life, I volunteered for the biggest challenges of the departments I was working for, like participation and coordination of several successful job transition, system setup, stabilization and open item clean-up projects. I also actively supported reorganizations and high profile process changes. By my creative, solution focused, open-minded personality and hunger for challenges, I could learn a lot about people and stakeholder management, customer focused thinking methodology, different projects, organizational changes, improvements and transitions. I had several opportunities to use my agile mind-set and can-do attitude.
