Hi, I'm Leopold. Over the course of my 10+ year career in strategical program development, I have had the privilege of collaborating with companies, colleges, and foundations dedicated to providing their team members with professional development opportunities that enrich their careers as well as their lives. As the advocator, designer, and facilitator of adult education programs, I enthusiastically curate spaces that foster a passion for learning by utilizing best practices in instructional design. My specialties are team and culture building and professional coaching, with a focus on social-emotional awareness and development. I’ve developed and facilitated training from the corporate world, higher education, as well as K-12 (and their respective accompanying stakeholders). My framework is centered on interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence training. As I near the final stages of my ICF certification journey (PCC), I am excited to expand my instructional design and facilitation experience into more executive landscapes.
