My work focuses on equipping people and organisations to navigate complexity, foster inclusive environments, and embed sustainable wellbeing practices into their operations. Being able to communicate effectively with various stakeholders is one of my stongest assets. Currently, I serve as the Wellbeing Lead at Compass Pathways, where I’ve developed and implemented a comprehensive wellbeing program tailored to the needs of a diverse, global team. My role spans providing confidential one-on-one support, facilitating workshops, delivering leadership training, and offering strategic guidance to align wellbeing initiatives with organisational goals. I specialise in coaching leaders and teams to create psychologically safe and high-performing workplaces.
