My self-summary I have 25 years of professional experience in social services, fundraising, event planning, program administration, and cookie decorating. In my role as the Northeast Ohio program coordinator for Mothers Against Drunk Driving (MADD), I lead a staff of 40 volunteers and paid professionals who work together to improve our community. I excel in team environments, communicating effectively in a timely manner, and guiding projects to fruition. I am also proficient in Microsoft Office, Salesforce, Concur, Donor Drive, and make extensive use of Excel for analysis of program performance What I am doing with my life Unfortunately due to COVID-19 I was laid off as the Program Coordinator for Mothers Against Drunk Driving. This setback turned out to be a blessing. It afforded me an opportunity to explore another aspect of event production. As a cookie decorator I make custom orders that make clients events extraordinary. I am really good at Organizing and leading professional and recreational teamwork-driven activities to develop human resources. I enthusiastically embrace marketing activities, and build strong relationships with stakeholders that lead to repeat business, referrals, and client retention.
