About Lera Baraeva

My personal mission is to make society more humane through the humanization of education. I believe in learning without coercion - in a partnership with learners, no manipulation, no treating learners like objects. My approach draws on heutagogy and constructivist learning: educators and stakeholders are partners in building meaning, creating space for safe exploration and mutual growth. That’s why I work with those who teach. I design spaces where talents learn with agency, depth and joy. Rozetka is a boutique learning agency working across CIS and beyond. We design and deliver human-centered corporate education programs: from onboarding and leadership development to facilitation trainings and learning strategy consulting. I founded Rozetka as a spin-off from an independent community I had built from scratch - turning values into products and practices that were new on the market. It's 800+ of Russian-speaking educators: teachers, LXDs, facilitators, entrepreneurSs, and L&D and HR experts Currently I’m: • open to new creative, cross-border educational collaborations; • looking for client engagements; • hiring a freelance or part-time sales partner to help scale Rozetka’s client base; • open to future roles in companies looking for strategic leadership in learning design, team development, and product-based education.
