Email - les1976croft@googlemail.com. I'm an industrial electrician, Rig electrician, electronic technician, lead elevator engineer, elevator tester and commissioning. I'm currently working in the oil field sector Deep sea drilling. Covid and Yellow fever jabbed, with 32 years experience in construction, maintenance and offshore drill ships and semi-subs. Holder of FOET, CompEx & STCW’95. I'm hands on, self motivated hard worker whom is keen achieve all set targets and identify, repair and rectify any other problems along the way. I'm self driven and goal orientated. I'm an honest, keen individual that is flexible and compliant with unforeseen changes; have good people skills where it counts and i work hard to improve my self, and to invest in new experiences. I've been working on a 7th gen drill ship for the past 11 years. Previously working on a conventional semi submersible covering all ET and electrician aspects. I’m PC literate in Windows and Apple. After completing a 5 year apprenticeship resulting in Electrician qualification, I have furthered myself with qualifications in the lift/elevator sector, consisting of installing, modifying and maintaining. This including a higher NVQ4 in testing and inspection of lifts. My completed offshore training certs consist of NOV SCR, NOV Baylor Brake, PLC, CompEx, Bosiet, firefighting, Safety Supervisor, Rescue at heights, Gantry crane op, Flt, NOV knuckle boom cranes, NOV cyber driller ET, NOV cyber Plc, NOV Hydro racker, NOV Hydra tong, NOV AHDW,NOV TDS 1250, Kongsberg K Chief-700 vessel management-Kongsberg K-Pos and DP, Aset C&G ABB HV switching and controls.
