I am a seasoned technical and financial professional with decades of oil & gas experience in production, development, acquisitions and divestitures, capital markets and executive leadership. With considerable due diligence experience, I understand the materiality of any concerns and identify potential mitigating strategies, increasing the probability of deal success. I have a keen sense for potential risk in the financial, cash management, commercial, contractual and operational aspects of M&A&D transactions that can be identified during the due diligence process. I have been involved in asset and corporate deals varying in size from to $4+ Billion, ranging from simple to multi-stage complexity, and family-owned businesses to multi-national Fortune 500 operating companies. Fluency in financial modeling and forecasting has been my underpinning to these successful deals. I make strategies understandable and tangible by envisioning and conveying strategic leadership way across multiple disciplines such as tech, finance, engineering, legal, and operations enabling critical paths of planning, analysis and realization. I am able to articulate ideas to form a coherent, well packaged, consumable, strategic story from an objective, 360 view of business opportunities and risks speaks to C-Level executives, technical leadership and Boards of Directors.
