An experienced and successful senior manager of IT, Test and PC Development teams and projects in fast moving, business-led environments. Thorough and practical in approach, Les looks to apply his significant experience of both managing people (inclusive of Test Managers, Test Team Leaders & Test Consultants) and projects in similarly focused organisations. Les has diverse experience across a broad spectrum of hardware and software. Available for freelance or permanent assignments, he seeks either senior management or consultancy roles in line with his significant abilities in these areas. Les has an honest approach whether dealing at board level or with his staff. A very strong strategist and facilitator he has introduced new strategies and procedures to several high-powered businesses and his recognised expertise has been utilised by several highly respected Test and Business Consultancies. Les has also gained vast experience of managing, validating and auditing third party supplier work from all corners of the world.
