About Les Roy

I started out as a business development associate. I was just a fresh graduate, eager to learn and make a difference. I landed my first position at Lucent Technologies, where I quickly learned the ropes of procurement, vendor relationship, and project management. Now, with over 15 years of experience under my belt, I've had the opportunity to lead procurement teams, manage multi-million dollar inventories, and drive cost-saving strategies that have saved companies upwards of 10 million dollars. A crucial part of my role has been to mentor and guide procurement and warehouse professionals, something that I find incredibly rewarding. When I'm not leading procurement strategies or mentoring team members, I'm out with my family or coaching youth sports. I find that giving of myself has a way of refreshing and inspiring me, which I bring back to my work.
