I am a CIPD qualified HR professional with experience working in a variety of industries including FinTech, Financial Services, Professional Advisory Services. I currently hold the position of a People Business Partner collaborating with people leaders to implement change initiatives, manage employee relations and drive business performance. Some examples include: • Stakeholder Management: I ensure timely management operational and strategic issues by engaging with people leaders, Business Partners, Legal Counsel, and HR teams. • Change Management: I contribute to achieving annual cost-saving targets ($7 million 2021–2023) by implementing company strategies related to compensation and headcount reduction. Led 19 redundancy consultations and conducted salary benchmarking for promotions. • Performance Management: I enhance employee productivity by driving performance management strategies, achieving above 85% completion rate for annual reviews. Coaching managers in setting employee objectives and implementing improvement plans to align with organisational goals.
