Supervised field operations for the State of Maryland’s Traffic Data Collection Unit. Scheduled, budgeting, service/repair and installation of all traffic data collection equipment. Integrating Maryland’s ATR system with its developing CHART system, Including permanent and portable data collection systems (i.e. Classifiers, weigh-in-motion,). Participated in the I-95 Multi-State Traffic Monitoring Project, which tested and evaluated the performance of AVC systems from Diamond, ECM, IRD, Mitron, Peek Traffic and Time Mark. The project also evaluated WIM Systems from Aviar, ECM, Golden River, IRD, PAT and Peek Traffic; Served as part of the committee which prepared the final evaluation report for the Federal Highway Administration
