I love helping people, whether it's guiding their career path or solving life problems. I enjoy getting to know them as well as sharing my passion and experiences with them. The proudest moments in my professional career consisting of 14 years experience in software quality assurance and over 11 years in leadership roles was when interns that I interviewed, hand picked, trained and mentored, got offered to come back as full time employees because they've proven to the company of their true potential. This is when I knew being an agile coach, mentor, facilitator, scrum master, conflict navigator, cheerleader for the team is what I want to devote my time honing my skills on. The path that led me to where I am today was unconventional. Electrical Engineer specializing in hardware turned Software Quality Analyst turned Systems Test Architect turned Software Development Manager.
