About Lesa Anderson

I have over eight years of Operational Management and Administration with a Property Management / Real Estate Development firm gives me a unique perspective for Operations. Coupled with twenty years plus of administrative experience in Human Resources, Accounting, Finance, and Facilities Management, I have a lot to offer. Additionally, I returned to college at Missouri State in 2019 and working towards completion of my degree program in HSPL, Operations Management, with Minors in Human Resources Management, Leadership and Spanish. This combination of education and experience gives me the ability to jump into any job and become a productive member of the team. I am a hands-on management style, who is capable of leading teams, bringing growth and development to my staff, while keeping my eyes on the goal of the organization. A clear understanding of what is required to manage multiple departments, complex situations, and a variety of talents has made me successful in every company I’ve had the pleasure to work with. I have a proactive personality and pride myself on being a quick study. I am detail oriented with a high initiative and drive for success. I am a hard worker with a great sense of humor, and have been told that my honesty and integrity serve me very well in the business arena. I care deeply about the teams I work with and take pride in ensuring the goals of the function are met while maintaining the balance and structure within the organization. Finally, my background allows me to provide the maximum services to the staff, vendors and customers, while teaching responsibility and accountability, by personal example. On a personal note, my husband retired from the United States Navy after 24 years and we came to Springfield to be close to relatives. I was fortunate to be accepted as part of the Missouri State University team and I love working here! My husband is now with the Springfield Police Department and we are committed to Springfield; it’s our home!
