Hello! I would like to introduce myself, I'm Lesa Awes. I am currently living and working as a Realtor/Broker in Boise, Idaho but am licensed in other states as well, and absolutely love it! I have lived and worked in many states on both sides of the country. I grew up in California, and Oregon, then moved to Boise, Idaho in 2010. Then started living in North Carolina in 2022, but now back in Idaho full time. I have made numerous out of state relocations, and truly enjoy helping clients with that very challenging process. ‍ I have chosen to settle in Idaho, because I believe it has the best of all worlds, having the gorgeous mountains, four seasons, safe neiborhood's, as well as it's quant towns, exciting cities and friendly communities. I have been in real estate since early 2017, working with clients in the residental selling and purchasing process, many of those being relocations from out of state. I have also worked with investors in the purchase of property to use as rentals and flips. I cherish being able to serve my clients and have a true passion for helping people. My clients usually become life long friends. My desire in my real estate business is to serve people across the country no matter where they have real estate needs, and to connect people with my great network of Realtors and Lenders wherever you need to buy or sell.
