I’m a seasoned professional, leader and strategist that engages in making a difference in anything I put my mind on. A clear thinker and skillful in recruiting, sales, call center operations, and project management. As a Human Resources-Recruiter with Maximus Federal Services, I have the pleasure of working and growing out the business objectives for the Recruiting world in multiple levels and for multiple facilities. Successfully meeting these objectives was not the biggest challenge. The biggest challenge was revamping my old strengths and connecting my new abilities to get the job done! I’ve worn many hats in my professional journey: director of admissions, store manager, account executive and recruiter/admissions. As a result of my multifaceted background, I have the ability to manage multiple assignments or projects and deliver on expectations by dealing with complex challenges and providing solutions. My professional experience has taken me on many different routes but my professional values has come down to this: 1. I speak Spanish, English, professionalism and nerd-ism. I am always involved and looking for the next “code to crack”. I have big dreams but even bigger ideas. Execute and deliver by achieving and exceeding expectations by strategic planning. I run towards fires and turbulent issues to keep the business running smoothly. The job will not get itself done! I love getting involved and learning new techniques that will help better my experience and the experience of others. Collaboration is a successful tool. I challenge myself to take initiative in meeting new professional acquaintances that will help boost my horizon professionally and intellectually.
