I am a Business Manager and CQC Registered Manager with Business Management and Operational experience across both public and Private Sectors. With a wealth of operational experience and knowledge I enjoy working as part of a hard working and successful team. I am a manager who wants my work to reflect who I am as a person. Having worked with organisations and teams for many years I firmly believe that it is time for change; both in how we manage and support people across all levels in the workplace. People work best when supported, understood and encouraged to show and share their strengths, skills and viewpoints. True team work means listening to, understanding, and supporting others and in so doing receiving that support back. It is time to change old and outworn ways of managing and building teams. this ethos forms my work ethic and is utilised alongside strong systems development skills to create a strong team foundation. With a sense of humour and amiable disposition, I work hard to support professional development both in myself and others and am always seeking to grow and learn in all I do.
