About Lesley A. Robinson

Lesley Robinson (HNC, MH, CPT) Lesley is a health care provider who is passionate about health and wellness. Her approach to health includes nutritional plans, herbal formulas and stress management. Each component of Lesley’s treatment plan is strategically formulated per individual. She believes nutrition is not a “one size fits all” practice. Her positive attitude and sense of humor relaxes patients and brings an atmosphere of healing. She holds to the adage “laughter is the best medicine”! As a mother of five, herbalist, food grower and athlete she has a wide cross section of experiences to draw from in her practice. Growing up on a farm in Ontario she was taught to live off the land: farming, wild crafting and food preservation. During her school years Lesley was labelled “hyperactive”. In grade 6, her teacher suggested she join the school running team to let off some energy to help maintain focus. Once she became an established endurance runner, she added nutrition and weight training to her regime. Her love of running/weight training launched her into becoming a certified personal trainer in 2010. She studied with Body Blueprint and registered with BCRPA. As a personal trainer she went on to lead weight loss groups, running camps and seminars on various health related topics throughout Vancouver Island. In 2012 she attended Pacific Rim College of Alternative Medicine, located in Victoria, BC. Over 6 years she completed the duo study programs of both Medical Phytotherapy and Holistic Nutrition. While living in Victoria she opened her own company titled Vancouver Island Herbals where she provided consultations for both nutrition and medical herbalism.**Lesley currently resides with her partner in Surrey, BC, She provides health consultations through her own company "Primal Health and Wellness".
