I have 35 years of experience working with children, young people and their families. I am a Level 7 Executive Coach and Mentor and an advocate of Growth Mindset. I have significant experience across all areas of senior management responsibility and have been a local authority Chief Officer for the past 7 years controlling annual budgets in excess of £500million (and securing major savings) and a workforce of 1600 people.
