As Phorum Director of the Supply Chain to Patient phorum I bring industry supply chain experience, facilitation skills and a coaching approach to CONNECT biopharmaceutical organizations, create an effective environment for the community to COLLABORATE on shared issues and ACCELERATE improvement across the industry. An accredited coach with a passion for leadership development and supporting people through change. Working with Pharma and/corporate organisations I work both with the organisation and the individuals to ascertain objectives and develop clear tangible steps to achieve them. I have a real passion and focus on working with those going through a major career transition, either through restructuring, redundancy, promotion or returning to work following long term absence. Having experienced all aspects of numerous changes, both large and small, makes me the ideal coach to work with for anyone going through a career transition. First hand experiences allow me to not only create awareness but to do so with empathy. This unique combination enables the client to reframe their challenges and find their own solutions in a safe yet challenging environment. My experience within the pharmaceutical industry enables me to bring real world experience of goal setting alongside many of the situations clients face and serves to enhance my coaching.
