About Lesley Hoops

I am a creative contractor with a contract-based special role in two amazing companies. I am serving as the Marketing Director for Renegade Services, LLC. Promoting this forward-moving company through trade events, online marketing, editorial and technical content generation and social media. I also act as a resource to the sales team, creating and distributing consistently branded collateral. Managing the brand of such an innovative and fast-growing company keeps my team energized and on our toes. I manage an all-contractor team that includes a marketing assistant, SEO team, website development team, content writer, and social media manager. My direct reports are two industry veterans whom I have had the pleasure to learn a great deal about the energy industry from. I am also serving as the Marketing Director for CEC Energy, LLC, formally Coonrod Electric Co, a company on an expedited track to growth. My all-contractor team redesigned the Coonrod Electric logo, established brand standards, business cards, apparel, and sales materials, and redesigned the website; generating all content. We are currently working to apply the brand standard company-wide as well as generating sales resources to assist the Business Development team with their market entry strategy. My direct report is the COO. He is fired up, and energetic, and creates a very rewarding work environment.
