About Lesley Lincoln

I have been in the computer industry for over 20 years. Started out in word processing and data entry but I soon became responsible for the data processing department for a major corporation, all supervision and training of new personnel. Next step was sales of personal computers where I spent many successful years. I have co-owned and managed two computer sales and service businesses where I played a significant role in the growth and subsequent profitable sale of both businesses. Recognizing that most people do not utilize the full potential of their software nor their own personal computing potential I drew on my extensive computing background and depth of software knowledge to establish my own computer training company. This was 16 years ago and we are still providing all levels of training for Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Access, OneNote, Project, QuickBooks, and Adobe Acrobat Professional. I did not want to be just another training company so I created my business model around short, on-site and customized training classes. Our classes are 3 hours in the length, always at the customer's location and always customized to exactly what they need. I work with people of all levels of experience; coaching beginners, helping intermediate level and advanced levels increase their knowledge and productivity. My newest addition to my skills is our Virtual Training. Using specialized software I am able to train via computer to anyone, anywhere. Location is no longer a limitation.
