About Lesley Low

I have enjoyed 14 years at Techdata since starting in summer 2004 in the Finance Department as a Temp overseeing Customer Queries. I moved into Customer Services and worked in the Returns and Delivery Support Teams leading me to increase my passion for excellent Customer Service and being very process driven. I worked in Sales as a Corporate Account Manager going back to my background in Sales and increased my knowledge of our stock portfolio and the IT Industry. After some time out of the business I returned to Sales Operations and worked as a Team Leader, responsible for around 25 staff loading customer purchase orders onto our system and raising quotations. I spent 2 years in this role and then moved back to Sales as a Team Leader to further my management aspirations. In May this year I was seconded to SMB Sales Operations Manager to cover Maternity leave, a role I am still covering. In September I applied for and was successful in the role of Specialist Sales Operations Manager. We look after Operations - orders, quotes, back order reporting and much more for HP EG, Lenovo, Software and Techdata Mobile. This is a very exciting time in my career as this is a new role in the business and one that is giving me a fresh challenge and a whole new learning curve. I am fortunate to work for a company that gives full support and learning facilities with a great set of peers to work with and would recommend Techdata to anyone who is after a fulfilling career.
