Mentoring is defined as using your personal and professional life experience to help others. I created Little Shove mentoring & moving, combining my purpose and passions, to do just that. Drawing on 23 years of experience in a broad range of corporate roles and industries with national and international reach, I help teams and individuals get back on track with purpose, passion and direction. For Corporate and Business clients: Little Shove engages, motivates and connects teams to improve performance, productivity, morale and culture. By creating, sharing and aligning visions, purpose and values, and problem-solving key issues, we lift your team up and get them moving in the right direction. Knowing what it’s like to feel lost, stuck and lacking purpose, I draw on my own story, skills and experience to help you. Prior to Little Shove, I spent 23-years in the corporate world in a range of high profile, start-up roles across various industries and leading Australian companies, such as Journey Beyond, Adelaide Oval and the South Australian Tourism Commission (Australian Major Events, now Events SA). I proudly helped bring world-class visions to life such as Adelaide Oval, Tour Down Under, Adelaide 500, the Reefworld Pontoon, Reefsleep and the Great Southern. I learnt everything from the ground up and thrived in each role. Despite starting out with a Science Degree majoring in Biology, my career took an interesting and varied path that I couldn't have scripted. Throughout the years, I enjoyed working with high performing teams, mentoring and training colleagues, public speaking, delivering educational programs and helping motivate and lift the people and teams around me as we delivered some of the best events and experiences on offer. It's been one heck of a ride!
