With over 20 years of experience in the payments industry, I am a customer experience and operational processes expert who is passionate about delivering positive change using data, people, journeys and technology. I currently work as a Senior Customer Success Manager at Cash App, where I lead a team of professionals who are committed to providing exceptional service and support to our customers and partners. I am a disruptive thinker and a collaborative leader who always looks for improvements and innovations to enhance the customer journey and satisfaction. I use customer journey methodology to analyze the processes and touchpoints that customers go through, and I implement effective solutions to optimize their experience and loyalty.
