Background

About Lesley Onslow

After graduating from the University of Stirling I pursued a career in the Financial Services. I worked in various management roles within Scottish Amicable and Allied Dunbar, relating specifically to Money Purchase Company Pension Schemes. I became an 'Army Wife' and started following my husband around the world, from the Mojave Desert to Milan. During this time I successfully found employment in a variety of roles, from School Marketing Manager to various positions supporting the international military community, including Secretary to the Air and Space Interoperability Council in Washington D. C. More recently I have been responsible for the capital appeal for a £4M redevelopment of The Argyll and Sutherland Highlanders' Regimental Museum. My experiences as an army spouse have demonstrated my ability to rapidly adapt to new challenges, to deal with people from all backgrounds and cultures and to learn new skills.
