Putting our customers at the heart of every decision, I manage network-wide customer recovery across the day-of and 72-hour planning window. Core Expertise: • OCC & IOCC Operations: Managing customer movement across Air Canada’s network and coordinating with Flight Ops, Crew, Maintenance, Dispatch, and Stations within SOC. • IROPs Recovery Collaboration: Providing critical data and operational input to enable joint decision-making that restores schedule integrity and minimizes customer disruption. • Network Performance Support: Using NetLine, S4A, Amadeus, and Microsoft BI tools to deliver data-driven operational insights. • Safety & Regulatory Awareness: Applying working knowledge of TC, FAA, DGCA, and CASA requirements when coordinating operational solutions. • Customer-Centric Leadership: Driving initiatives that improve customer experience and reduce travel disruption.
