About Lesley Sillito

I used to run massive iron in the oil patch and coal mines—long hours, good pay, and honest work. Like a lot of people in those industries, I thought making good money meant I was doing well financially. But no one had ever taught me what to do with that money. I knew how to earn it—I just didn’t know how to make it grow. After leaving that world, I became a stay-at-home mom. Life slowed down, but it gave me time to reflect. I started realizing how financially unprepared I really was, despite all the years of hard work and high income. When I was introduced to WFG, I didn’t see it as a career move at first. I just thought, “If nothing else, maybe I’ll learn a few things about money.” But what I found was life-changing.I saw how many families—especially in small towns like Edson, Alberta—were just like I had been: working hard, doing their best, but not getting ahead financially. That lit a fire in me.Now, I help everyday Canadians—especially tradespeople, parents, and anyone who’s ever felt left out of the financial world—learn how to eliminate debt, grow their money, and create a real plan for retirement. You don’t need a finance degree or a six-figure salary to build wealth. You just need someone to guide you through it—and I’d be honoured to help.
