I am a highly motivated and organised individual, with the ability to effortlessly multitask. With 25 years office administration experience, including PA / Secretarial / Training Co-ordinator / Document Control. I am highly disciplined when working alone, ensuring tasks and targets are achieved within the required time limit. I have experience in Microsoft packages, Power Point, Excel. My current position involves, PA to the Operations Directors and 2 No Operation Managers this role involves diary management, email communications, attending meetings, updating staff resources, gathering and inputting Health and Safety Stats into our system, producing reports and producing other monthly reports for the business unit. I also work along side the Commercial Director is gathering and producing monthly costings of hours allocated to projects. Supporting Commercial Leads with the recording of all subcontract documentation and contracts. I also assist the Quality Manager with Document Control, Field View and Viewpoint.
