About Lesley Williams

As an HR Business Partner at Archrock, I lead process improvement projects to enhance the employee experience during the hiring process. I support a team of over 200 employees in the field and shop, providing advice, interpretation, and counsel on HR policy, programs, and practices. I also conduct employee investigations, counseling, and disciplinary actions as necessary. In addition to my current role, I have extensive experience in full-cycle recruiting for multiple locations across North America, including military and technical school recruiting. I have also led projects related to diversity, equity, and inclusion (DE & I), conducting research on gaps internally and researching customer and competitor plans to identify strengths and weaknesses of current recruiting processes. I hold a Bachelor of Science in Business with a focus on Human Resources Management from the University of Phoenix and certifications in SHRM Essentials of Human Resource Management and Developing a Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging Program from LinkedIn.
