They see their peers and mentors have momentum and success and forget that they too were once beginners. We are not born with skills; we learn and master them. In the past 8 years, I have learned that people need a positive environment to grow and become great individuals. There is no one way of learning or training. We all receive and process information differently. Understanding new adult learning theories that can help our trainees achieve more and be successful in their work performance is my goal. I like to teach on the fundamentals, know why they are in the position they are in, and feel confident they will go out in the workforce and be great at their job responsibilities. We all need a positive push, someone rooting on our side, helping us find new ways of learning new skills. That is why I am passionate about making a difference in people’s lives. Making the trainees’ learning experience easy and fun is my zeal.
