I'm a dedicated professional with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing and Management from The University of Texas at Arlington. I currently serve in Event Project Management, Rewards and Retention for Dallas Independent School District, Human Capital Management. In my current role, I am responsible for coordinating districtwide event projects from inception through execution, ensuring that every detail is meticulously managed to uphold the highest quality standards. I excel in environments that require managing multiple streamlines of work simultaneously while adhering to strict deadlines. I take pride in my ability to stay organized and focused, ensuring that all tasks are completed effectively and efficiently. One of the most fulfilling aspects of my career is fostering and maintaining strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders. I believe that effective communication and collaboration are key to successful project management. By engaging with cross-functional teams and departments, I ensure that all parties are aligned and working towards common goals. Amid my career, I developed an eye for graphic design and have a deep understanding in the essence of branding and design. I offer a strong strategic and intentional creative direction to each project that guarantees elevated results. I also carry extensive experience in fundraising and a hold a loving passion for philanthropy. I was a part of the UTA Delta Delta Delta sorority chapter, where I supported our philanthropic partner, St. Jude. I later held a role at Kendra Scott, where I partnered with up to 30 local philanthropic organizations per month to support their fundraising needs through my services. My background has equipped me with the analytical skills necessary to assess and adapt to diverse situations, enhancing my problem-solving capabilities. I am passionate about my work and committed to contributing positively to my community. I have gained valuable experience in my career, academic tenure and internships in the Marketing, Management, and Educational fields and continuously seek opportunities for professional growth.
