About Leslie Cavin

Excited to make the jump from higher education / student affairs to the world of coaching! I am currently serving as an Accreditation Excellence Manager at the International Coaching Federation (IFC), the Gold Standard of Coaching Education. Previously, I come from the world of Education as a mid-level higher education professional with 10+ years experience in the functional areas of Leadership Education, Community Engagement, Student Organizations & Student Government Association, Academic Advising, all through the lens of Social Justice Education. I have extensive teaching and facilitating experience as an Adjunct Faculty member in the Leadership Minor in addition to countless trainings and developments. People are my passion. I am passionate about access and equity when it comes to education. I believe education is the greatest gift we can give ourselves and everyone deserves an education, but that journey can look very different from person to person. I believe in bringing your full self to your work, showing up authentically and allowing for intentional and transparent relationships.
