About Leslie Grenier

Each person does the best they can, with the knowledge they have, in the context they live in. My practice framework is based on an inclusive, strengths based, trauma informed, biopsychosocial perspective. I recognize and privilege participant’s self-knowledge and believe all individuals are inherently worthy. I value working collaboratively with participants and within a team. I believe in evidence-based practice; using relevant research to inform my practice. Diverse clinical experience working with vulnerable populations individually and in group settings: persons with complex trauma, persons experiencing addiction, persons with moderate to severe mental illness, sexually and gender diverse persons, families involved with MCFD and persons in financial crisis.
