I’m a relationship-first leader with nearly 20 years of experience working alongside Tribal communities in operations, broadband, and digital equity. I’ve recently stepped into the role of Native American Tribal Liaison at NoaNet, where I’m honored to support Tribes across Washington in building sustainable, community-driven solutions for connectivity and infrastructure. My heart has always been rooted in service through helping elevate community voices, advocating for equitable access to resources, and building partnerships that last. Whether it’s launching an ISP on a rural reservation, helping lead a coalition, or rolling up my sleeves to help a team find its rhythm, I’ve learned that collaboration and trust move everything forward. I’m a wife, mom, grandma, small business owner, and community advocate. I believe in showing up, sharing what I’ve learned, and creating space for others to lead. If we’ve worked together, you know that I lead with transparency, tenacity, and a whole lot of heart.
