Experience Music Project (now Museum of Pop Culture) As Senior Manager of Outreach and Education, built the education program for Paul Allen's Science Fiction Museum. Founded the Science Fiction Short Film Competition in partnership with the Seattle International Film Festival—a program that continues annually today. Managed the museum's Advisory Board and planned major events like the 40th Anniversary of Star Trek celebration. Collaborated with Museum Director and former NASA JPL Donna Shirley to create programming connecting science and science fiction. Clarion West Writers Workshop Served as Workshop Administrator for this international live-in writer’s workshop for 28 years, supporting authors and students during six intensive weeks each summer. Student success is evidenced by numerous literary awards and fiction adaptations that have become acclaimed TV shows and films, demonstrating the workshop's impact on contemporary storytelling.
