About Leslie Lofthouse

Over the years I have had a wide range of Job experiences and am forever eager, and willing to learn and grow. People are important to me and the key to my success in both business and in life in general. I am a fast learner, problem solver, loyal, punctual, innovative thinker, independent worker, team player and I perform well under pressure. Having to go into work early, or having to leave work late are no problem for me. Hurricane Harvey demolished the vacation rental company that I worked for as Operations Manager (maintenance & housekeeping). Our company managed 190 private homes, ranging in size from 2 to 10 bedrooms. We offered homeowners both property management of their 2nd home, as well as renting their home out for short term vacations. Logistics abound in this industry; from rental sales to landscaping; homeowner communications to vacationer needs fulfilled; pool servicing to housekeeping; a/c maintenance to plumbing repairs. When I first started on the ground floor of this boutique rental management company 5.5 years ago, we had 11 properties and I worked all aspects of the business 24/7 for the first 3 years, and 24/5 for the last 2.5. I am no stranger to hard work, am adaptable, and good at flying by the seat of my pants in unexpected circumstances.
