I started out working for a call center at HSBC Mortgage Corporation, assisting brokers with questions and navigation through Webloan. I moved on to Meritain Health where I worked as a Receptionist, I recognized the need to update how we handled calls and questions. I made an excel spreadsheet to make the information easily searchable and to provide consistent answers to question. This spreadsheet is still being used to this day.As part of working at the Front Desk for the Corporate Office for Meritain Health I gained working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Outlook and Lotus Notes. Our then Manager wanted the Front Desk to be full service and to be able to take on overflow task from the other departments. I changed departments and went to the Client Contracts team. There I manage an inbox, where requests and questions are sent, I answer the questions that I can and escalate when needed. Scheduling the work in Salesforce, Contract Insight and SharePoint, I disperse the work evenly throughout the team and assign the work based on knowledge and expertise.
